Municipal Court this af- tenwon of two charges related to disposal of dead poultry and payment of a $100 fine wtf suspended Joseph A (Gerry) Bilodeau 49'of Washington St Auburn pleaded Innocent to the two charges Following a' lengthy hearing he was found guilty of a charge of improper disposal of dead poultry and this case was filed He was found guilty- of a charge of failing to have adequate disposal facilities for dead poultry and payment of a $100 fine in this case was suspended He was placed on probation for six months ordered to cease accumulating dead poultry on his property and to construct by June 30 disposal facilities which meet the approval of the State Department of Agriculture The complainant was John Gallagher of tfrat department First witness in each case was Harvey Fleury who lives on the Sunset Poultry Farm owned by -Bilodeau Fleury told the court tiiat he iX'ibeen employed by Bilodeau for the past 20 weeks feeding some 20000 broilers and cleaning the broiler houses Fleury testified that while Bilodeau was in Florida for three weeks he placed1 dead poultry on a nearby river bank and disposed of 'none of them Fleury said the dead poultry in that pe-
